1. Why invest in psychological support for employees?

Providing employees with psychological support means investing in the most valuable asset we have – our mental wellbeing. It’s the key to consistently strengthening resilience and wellbeing — the foundation for optimal performance, creativity, productivity, and meaningful contribution.

An in-house clinic is set up at the company’s offices in a private and discreet space, or alternatively online. It provides employees and managers with psychological counseling and support, without having to leave the workplace.

Because time is money. Having therapy at the workplace saves time, maximizes convenience, and increases productivity. Beyond that, it signals to employees that the company genuinely cares about their wellbeing. Just as important — it helps normalizing emotional discourse in the company.

Yes. Unlike external services that rely on rotating providers, an in-house clinic ensures:

  • A consistent, dedicated team – creating continuity, trust, and long-term relationships.
  • Deep familiarity with company culture – understanding its values and context, which saves time and enables focused, relevant counseling.
  • Full availability – supporting HR and management both routinely and during emergencies, with immediate response and tailored initiatives.

The result: stronger connection between employees and the clinic, and a real improvement in the company’s ability to support its people.

A professional and certified team of senior clinical psychologists with extensive experience in organizational settings, particularly in the tech industry. They study the company’s DNA and adapt their counseling accordingly.

Sessions can cover any topic – personal or professional. The goal is to reach meaningful insights and provide practical tools to help employees and managers move forward in areas that matter to them in the short term.

We see a wide range of issues, from personal to organizational:

  • Personal: self-image, life conflicts, communication challenges, relationships, parenting, and more.
  • Professional: onboarding challenges, imposter syndrome, public speaking anxiety , workplace relationships with peers and managers.
  • Managerial: building team resilience, fostering effective communication, creating a safe space, handling complex conversations, motivating teams, managing change, and navigating cross-functional relationships.

The outcome: a safe psychological space that helps employees and managers strengthen, grow, realize their potential, and successfully handle daily personal and organizational challenges.

Employees and managers reach out to us directly — without mediation from anyone in the company. We match them with therapists based on preferences (gender, language, face-to-face or online). Sessions take place in a private space within the office or online.

Our team is highly professional and ensures proper closure and preparation before the session ends. For those who find it especially challenging, sessions can be scheduled at the end of the workday.

Unlike external services, where women tend to reach out more often, in an in-house clinic men and women approach in equal numbers. Normalizing emotional dialogue and showing the value of counseling eliminates gender differences in seeking support.

The recommended format is 12 sessions, aligned with the effective model of short-term therapy. However, the exact format can be adapted to the needs of each company.

Absolutely not. The clinic operates in full accordance with all professional ethical standards, just like any other private therapy setting. Referrals are made directly to us, and the identity of the individuals as well as the content of the sessions are kept strictly confidential. Furthermore, the well-being of the individual is our top priority, and we do not represent the company’s policies in our work.

That said, we do provide companies with high-level periodic summary reports – reflecting general organizational trends and employee sentiments, without ever compromising individual confidentiality.

Our psychologists support HR teams in multiple areas, such as:

  • Supporting employees during onboarding
  • Assisting those facing personal or professional crises
  • Advising managers on complex team challenges
  • Handling sensitive terminations
  • Managing organizational crises

In addition, the clinic creates a safe space for HR professionals themselves — to share, reflect, and process the emotional challenges of their role.

  • Fewer sick days
  • Increased productivity
  • Higher employee satisfaction and engagement
  • Stronger employer brand and attractiveness

Not at all. We offer flexible solutions tailored also for medium and small companies.

The clinic team is available at all times — in routine and in crisis.
During emergencies, we immediately establish a hotline and run group interventions such as support groups for employees, managers, reservists, spouses of reservists, and parents.
